What you share with me during a session — physically or verbally — stays between us. I don't discuss client sessions, conditions, or conversations with anyone outside of what's required for your care (for example, coordinating with another healthcare provider, and only with your explicit permission), or as required by law.

3.  What We Collect

• Contact information: your name, phone number, email, and address (for mobile sessions), collected when you book an appointment, sign up for our newsletter, or reach out directly.
• Booking and account information: appointment history and account details through our online booking system.
• Health and intake information: details you share on intake forms or in conversation — injuries, medical history, areas of focus, cautions or contraindications. This is collected only to keep your sessions safe and effective.
• Payment information: processed securely through our booking/payment provider. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
• Website usage data: basic analytics (like pages visited) collected through cookies, as noted on our site.

4.  How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments
• To tailor each session to your body's needs and keep you safe
• To send appointment reminders and, if you've opted in, occasional newsletters or promotions
• To improve our website and services

5.  Who We Share It With

Only the minimum necessary: our booking and payment platforms (to process appointments and payments), and, if applicable, other providers you've asked us to coordinate with. We don't share your health or contact information with marketers or third parties for their own use.

Intake forms and session notes are kept secure — physical forms are stored locked, and digital records are password-protected and accessible only to Nichole (Nikki) Goluskin. Access is limited to what's needed to provide your care.

7.  Your Choices

• You can ask to see, update, or delete the personal information we have on file for you at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
• You can decline to answer any intake question you're not comfortable with, though it may affect what treatment options we're able to safely offer.
