The Synergy Method: This unique integrated practice starts with use of the UK-designed Pulsio Air percussion gun technology, followed by a series of assisted PNF stretching that will open up your whole body. Then we end by cooling down the body with a soothing manual massage to lock in and extend the improvements from the session for longer-lasting results of relief and freedom in the body.
This method yields flexibility gains that are significantly greater than any modality can achieve on its own. Massage helps PNF stretch to work on a deeper neuromuscular level by "resetting" the muscle length and increasing the range of motion in your joints, leading to a profound feeling of freedom and release from stress, strain, and pain in the body, enabling better athletic performance, and allowing you to walk through your life feeling much more vital, much more alive, and so much more at ease in the body in which you live.

While I have significant experience as a massage therapist in other territories, including Sweden where I earned my license in Swedish massage, and the UK where I earned my license in Sports Massage, I am new in Illinois, and as such, I absolutely do not hold myself out in the State of Illinois as a professional massage therapist, as I am still waiting on my license in Illinois.
However, I am credentialed as a Certified Stretch Therapist, and that credential is applicable nationally, including in the State of Illinois. Any massage provided at Synergy Bodyworks is only provided, at this time, as a secondary modality included with, and only in the context of the focus of this practice, in one-on-one, hands-on, assisted PNF stretching, (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation).
